Our state-of-the-art Elevator Parts Roller Guide Shoes are engineered to accommodate an impressive speed range from 0.25 to 10 meters per second, ensuring unmatched versatility for a variety of elevator systems.
Expertly crafted with unparalleled precision, our roller guide shoes are available in a comprehensive range of diameters from 45mm to 300mm, perfectly catering to diverse elevator configurations and requirements.
TOur rollers are meticulously designed and available in two premium materials: exceptionally durable rubber and resilient PU, each tailored to meet distinct operational needs and ensure long-lasting performance.
Serving as an indispensable sliding interface, the guide shoe ensures seamless movement by confining the elevator car strictly to the guide rail, allowing only vertical motion and ensuring smooth, safe operation.
Each elevator car is meticulously outfitted with four sets of guide shoes, strategically positioned on both sides of the upper beam and beneath the safety clamp seat at the car's base. Additionally, four sets of counterweight guide shoes are expertly mounted at both the top and bottom of the counterweight beam.
The fixed guide shoes facilitate the car's traversal along the secured guide rails installed within the building shaft, effectively averting any tilt or sway during operation, thereby ensuring a stable and secure ride.
Our extensive collection of elevator guide shoes encompasses both rolling and sliding types, meticulously crafted to meet varied elevator requirements and guarantee optimal performance.
1. Rolling guide shoes, ideal for elevators operating at speeds exceeding 2 meters per second, feature either 3 or 6 robust wheels that securely grip the track, ensuring unparalleled performance and reliability.
Features: By adopting advanced rolling friction technology, these guide shoes significantly reduce friction losses, minimize vibration and noise, and enhance ride comfort. However, they require highly precise processing and installation to function optimally.
2. Sliding guide shoes, characterized by their innovative concave groove design that clamps securely onto the guide rail, are typically employed for elevators operating at speeds below 2 meters per second.
Features: The fixed and straightforward structure of sliding guide shoes lacks an adjustment mechanism. As time progresses, the gap between the guide shoe and the guide rail may widen, potentially leading to shaking and impact during elevator operation.
Hangzhou Huning Elevator Parts Co., Ltd is proud to exclusively supply high-performance rolling guide shoes, meticulously tailored to ensure superior functionality and performance for modern elevators.
