Our Elevator Parts Roller Guide Shoes are masterfully engineered to accommodate a dynamic speed range from 0.25 to 10 meters per second. This remarkable adaptability makes them perfect for various elevator systems, significantly enhancing performance and reliability.
Meticulously crafted with precision, our roller guide shoes come in diameters ranging from 45mm to 300mm. This extensive range ensures they cater to diverse elevator configurations, providing unparalleled versatility.
TOur rollers are available in two premium materials: robust rubber and resilient PU. Each material is meticulously designed to meet different operational needs, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
The guide shoe functions as an essential sliding interface between the elevator guide rail and the car. It ensures the car remains confined to the guide rail, facilitating smooth and reliable vertical movement.
Each elevator car is systematically equipped with four sets of guide shoes. These are strategically installed on either side of the upper beam and below the safety clamp seat at the car's base. Additionally, four sets of counterweight guide shoes are mounted at both the top and bottom of the counterweight beam.
The fixed guide shoes on the elevator car seamlessly traverse the secured guide rails within the building shaft. This advanced design effectively prevents any tilt or sway during operation, ensuring a consistently smooth ride.
Our comprehensive range of elevator guide shoes includes both rolling and sliding types, catering to varied elevator requirements and ensuring optimal performance across different setups.
1. Rolling guide shoes are perfect for elevators operating at speeds above 2 meters per second. Featuring 3 or 6 wheels, these shoes securely grip the track for exceptional performance and reliability.
Features: By adopting rolling friction, these guide shoes significantly reduce friction losses, minimize vibration and noise, and enhance ride comfort. However, they require precise processing and installation.
2. Sliding guide shoes, designed with a concave groove to clamp onto the guide rail, are typically suited for elevators with speeds below 2 meters per second.
Features: The fixed, straightforward structure of sliding guide shoes lacks an adjustment mechanism. Over time, the gap between the guide shoe and the guide rail can widen, potentially causing shaking and impact during elevator operation.
Hangzhou Huning Elevator Parts Co., Ltd is your exclusive supplier of high-performance rolling guide shoes. Our products are meticulously tailored to ensure superior functionality for your elevators, promoting safe and efficient operations.
