Our Elevator Parts Roller Guide Shoes are engineered to support a remarkable speed range from 0.25 to 10 meters per second. This ensures unparalleled versatility, making them the perfect fit for a variety of elevator systems.
Crafted with the utmost precision, our roller guide shoes come in diameters spanning from 45mm to 300mm. This extensive range meets the needs of diverse elevator configurations with ease.
TChoose from two premium materials for our rollers: durable rubber and resilient polyurethane (PU). Each material is designed to meet distinct operational requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
The guide shoe acts as an essential sliding interface between the elevator guide rail and the car. It ensures that the car remains confined to the guide rail, facilitating smooth vertical movement.
Each elevator car is expertly equipped with four sets of guide shoes. These are strategically positioned on both sides of the upper beam and beneath the safety clamp seat at the car's base. Additionally, four sets of counterweight guide shoes are installed at both the top and bottom of the counterweight beam, ensuring balance and stability.
The fixed guide shoes on the elevator car glide effortlessly along the secured guide rails within the building shaft. This design effectively prevents any tilting or swaying of the car during its operation, ensuring a smooth and safe ride.
Our extensive selection of elevator guide shoes includes both rolling and sliding types, catering to a wide array of elevator requirements and preferences.
1. Rolling guide shoes: Ideal for elevators operating at speeds above 2 meters per second, these guide shoes feature either 3 or 6 wheels that grip the track securely, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Features: By employing rolling friction, these guide shoes dramatically reduce friction losses, minimize vibration and noise, and significantly enhance ride comfort. However, they require precise processing and installation for optimal functionality.
2. Sliding guide shoes: Designed with a concave groove to clamp onto the guide rail, these guide shoes are typically used for elevators with speeds below 2 meters per second.
Features: The fixed, straightforward structure of sliding guide shoes lacks an adjustment mechanism. Over time, the gap between the guide shoe and the guide rail can widen, potentially causing shaking and impact during elevator operation.
Hangzhou Huning Elevator Parts Co., Ltd is proud to exclusively supply high-performance rolling guide shoes, meticulously tailored to deliver superior elevator functionality and reliability.
