Our Elevator Parts Roller Guide Shoes are built to impress, offering a remarkable speed range from 0.25 to 10 meters per second. This exceptional versatility ensures they can meet the demands of various elevator systems, greatly enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
Crafted with unparalleled precision, our roller guide shoes boast diameters ranging from 45mm to 300mm. This wide array of options allows for seamless integration into various elevator configurations, meeting diverse needs with ease.
TChoose from two premium roller materials: robust rubber and high-resilience PU. Each material is specifically designed to cater to distinct operational demands, offering the utmost in durability and reliability.
The guide shoe acts as a crucial sliding interface between the elevator guide rail and the car. This essential component ensures the car remains strictly confined to the guide rail, moving exclusively in a vertical direction for safe and smooth operation.
Each elevator car is meticulously equipped with four sets of guide shoes, positioned strategically on either side of the upper beam and beneath the safety clamp seat at the car's base. Additionally, four counterweight guide shoes are precisely mounted at both the top and bottom of the counterweight beam for optimal balance.
The fixed guide shoes on the elevator car traverse the securely installed guide rails within the building shaft. This configuration effectively prevents any tilt or sway of the car during operation, ensuring a consistently smooth and reliable ride.
Our extensive selection of elevator guide shoes includes both rolling and sliding types. These designs are tailored to cater to a wide range of elevator specifications and requirements, providing flexible solutions for any system.
1. Rolling guide shoes, ideal for elevators operating at speeds above 2 meters per second, feature either 3 or 6 wheels. These wheels securely grip the track, delivering optimal performance and superior stability even at higher speeds.
Features: By utilizing rolling friction, these guide shoes significantly reduce friction losses, minimize vibration and noise, and enhance ride comfort. Precise processing and meticulous installation are required to achieve these benefits.
2. Sliding guide shoes, with their unique concave groove design, clamp onto the guide rail and are typically suited for elevators operating at speeds below 2 meters per second.
Features: The straightforward structure of sliding guide shoes lacks an adjustment mechanism, which may lead to a widened gap between the guide shoe and the guide rail over time. This can result in shaking and impact during elevator operation.
At Hangzhou Huning Elevator Parts Co., Ltd, we are exclusively devoted to supplying high-performance rolling guide shoes. Each product is meticulously engineered to ensure superior elevator functionality and optimal performance.
